Preparing for the Launch (February 18, 2011)

Nerves are shot! Speaking of shots I am on my 6th Redbull Kalua shot as we blog! I have been preparing for this moment for a long time now. So many people told me to launch a long time ago based on what worked for them (or so they say). I just couldn't launch something half-ass'd. No matter how long it took me to build my brand I felt that the brand was going to have my name on it so I had to be proud of it. A while back while listening to a Success Magazine Audio CD I heard Dave Foster say that when he produced a cd by "the average white band" he gave the original copy to his mentor Quincy Jones and made some excuses for the quality. Quincy then told him "If it has your name on it, the product must be perfect to your standards" This was my mentality coming in this game. I knew I would start eventually, I knew that I did not suffer from analysis paralysis either. I just wanted to be proud of the product that I would put on the market. I have tried working in businesses where I didn't fully believe in the product and it showed in my work ethic. I didn't want that for Javaboi Industries. I wanted to say "my product is not good it is great!" This way I will do whatever it takes to make it work! Sure I surveyed test products to get a reaction, I had fashion shows as part of my pre-launch promotion but ultimately I was not going to launch until I was ready. And now I am finally ready! At this time I am just making sure I have all my ducks in line. My javashirts are barely getting out of embellishment production and will be ready by next week, then I will have packaging shipped to my office along with shipping boxes. The week of the launch I will hook up my Admin and all the boring stuff it takes to get the paper work done. Other than that I am ready for whatever!

So with things getting more and more crazy in the world of Javaboi Industries, I started to do some research on what I needed to build an amazing brand. One of the key ingredients is PEOPLE. I know that there is no way in decaf (Decaf is another way to say Hell) that I can create the type of tribe, environment, cause, purpose, mission, and company with out great people. So slowly but surely I started evaluating my friendships, my "acquaintanceships" mentorships, and people I associate with. To be honest, I think my life has been my kids and Javaboi for a while with a few people in between. There are those from my family at thecashflow.com who have added so much value to my life and purpose, and others who helped me along the way whether it was through paid services and artwork such as the few artists that have worked with me on projects, or my friends that I have met through fashion shows. I have valued them all. However now is the time that counts. Now I have to do what it takes to make my JBG's and JBB's proud (Javaboi Boys, and Javaboi Girls) I am happy to announce that I am in the process of signing a new artist to Javaboi Industries Inc. Sup Mr. Brewer! Yes that is his real name, so I guess it is fate and destiny telling me that this guy is legit (with a last name like Brewer). He has been an visceral follower of my brand from day one and I requested friendship from him on the Johnny Cupcakes FaceBook page, so from the beginning I knew we had similar interest. He is a person who "Walks the Talk" and is very driven to succeed! I have to admit that I didn't take him seriously until recently when he asked me to clean up my Photoshop designs on illustrator (which I am pretty good at now) he did this in the tune of 5 minutes and provided feedback and ideas along the way. He is self motivated, no drama and ready to put his artistic talents to the test. He is in a different state so we communicate through Facebook and email but I am in the process of putting an employment contract together with my lawyer to take his creativity to the next level. The best thing about him is he is just out of high school in the process of securing an internship with the F.B.I!!! Awesomeness!!! Well anyway I hope I didn't bore you but I felt compelled to share my excitement! Thanks for reading my Java's !!!

In May of 2009, I thought up Javaboi Industries Inc. Since then it has been a constant battle of getting my concept in front of the right people. Gaining experience and insight by watching others fail and succeed in the game of creativity, and business. I had to use my previous experiences in the entertainment industry as a way to set certain standards of other entrepreneurs that I chose to work with. I recently had an experience with someone that took a left turn out of nowhere but my mentors at The Cashflow (Grant providers) warned me that this would happen. Basically how the weird story goes is I hired a professional (another entrepreneur) to do a job. With that said I like to get to know the people that I work with. They both seemed to be awesome individuals, at the moment so I invited the both of them to places with me, not only to gain chances to network but to meet other people within my inner circle. They declined every invite I through in their direction. No biggie, I just thought maybe it's not their thing. Later as I continued to do what I am expected to do with my brand (Build it by putting my name out there) I became extremely successful at gaining fans, and ambassadors of my brand. I have to admit I noticed that one of the two people that I am speaking of started to be distant and sort of stand offish. I called HIM on it asked him what was wrong and if there was anything that I could do. I even questioned his business partner. On several occasions I got nothing. They both advised that there was nothing wrong with regards to our business relationship at all. Okay I dropped it. The distance between us grew and I decided to ask a second time and still nothing. Then out of nowhere I am called an "idiot" my business practices are labelled whack and one of the two people I am talking about totally went nutzo on me out of the blue (Well I ignited this act of immaturity by asking him to suggest me to his friends on facebook) Now I have not said any names up to this point nor have I said what business they are in to protect one of them because she is an awesome individual. However after researching a bit more it seems that he was mad that I didn't give him enough credit for the work he was involved in. I thought to myself, hmmmmmmm. I acknowledged you on a video that you were seen in, I also gave several shout outs on FaceBook. What else was I supposed to do? Market your product or your service for you? It is funny because the profession that this guy is involved in is common and I have worked with others with the same skill set and even a larger client database and none of them have made these request because I pay them to do a job and anything else is considered extra. They promote themselves. I don't do that for them. The consensus is that he was full of Sh@! I could have turned around and said why haven't you put my name out there? The reason I didn't is because I do that for myself I don't need anyone to do this for me! Why don't you know who is behind the scenes with any other entrepreneurs such as Johnny Cupcakes or Paul Frank, or Sanrio Inc? Because they mention them when it is required..i.e Videos, and magazines (maybe) What he was asking for is out of the ordinary and I have advised him that he has been given permission to use what I paid him for to build on within his website. Other than that the request is absurd.

So the morale of the story is expect a little bit of jealousy when you start to grow as a person and as a business. It comes with the territory!

Javaboi Philanthropy (Helping others)

Being that I am not from money, I always think about company's like The Red Cross, and other places in Los Angeles, Ca like the Mission that have a sole purpose of helping others. I always wanted to see the what happened to the people who received the help until they reached their maximum amount of designated assistance from the previously mentioned company's. I wanted to know if they continued needing a helping hand or were they able to self sustain? I can recall people helping the homeless person outside of the corner store or outside of the grocery store for days, months, maybe even years on end. Which is why I am posting this. One of my goals as an Entrepreneur is to be able to genuinely help others become self-sufficient enough to help themselves. I am not certain if the way that I go about my efforts of philanthropy will be considered enormous but I want to be able to have tangible measurable results. I have decided to help 5 people annually (when I am able to) by literally assisting them with the necessary education and financial assistance needed to self sustain. My efforts will be measured and documented for 365 days with each participant. I will choose participants by assessing their natural born desire to change their ways of dependency. This in my opinion will be better than simply throwing help at them because I am embedding help inside of them. Ultimately teaching the dependent to become independent. This is one of my goals and I can not wait to change the lives of others with my endeavors of philanthropy.

Online Store is Under Construction!! Yes I am excited!

It has been a long time coming and I am proud to say that the Javaboi Industries online store is finally underway! It should be complete by January 18th. I anticipate something very special to happen that day for my brand, but only time will tell I guess. I really don't think about the financial rewards that a brand like Javaboi can bring forth. What I spend my time contemplating is, how am I going to make you proud? How can I create products and run my business so that you are extremely impressed? Freebie Promotion

While talking to some of my friends, family and mentors about my freebie promotion, I often get looks of confusion because they can not understand why I would give something I worked so hard on away for free with no strings attached (aside from the fact that the request puts you on our mailing list). Well here is my reason; I have studied several company's over the years in addition to being an employee of a major corporation for 5 years in the customer care department. I recently took on a liking to Tony Hsieh of Zappos.com I think many corporations have customer care and marketing totally Bass Ackwards! The best form of marketing is word of mouth hands down. So each Javashirt that my company sends out free of charge, (and when I say free I mean free, no shipping, no hidden fees, no nothing!) this in turn gets me the best word of mouth that money can buy! I might bring on a whole different breed of customer along the way but overall I think these types of promotions are rare and benefit my brand in the long run. With that said, I want people to know that we have over 7000 request now and there is no time limit set on how long it will take you to get your Javashirt. we send out 100's of these gifts to our fans (Javaboi Boyz and Javaboi Girlz) every weekend and once your Javashirt is sent to you we will provide you with a tracking number via email along with a request for a photo of you in your new Javashirt once you receive it. Random thoughts are running through my head at this time of morning. I should be sleep but my 1year old was having trouble sleeping so she woke me up basically so that I can put her back to sleep. Now I am awake and can't fall asleep. I guess that's how it goes though, LOL! I want to talk to you guys about a couple of things. First off I want to give you a piece of advice. Find a way to find happiness. Winners don't make excuses, winners find a way. Be a winner. My second piece of advice to you goes like this, if you plan on embarking on a new endeavor that is life changing e.g. schedule changing, time consuming, but reaps huge rewards(such as entrepreneurship) make certain that you are around like-minded individuals who can support your efforts. Success will take a full commitment from you, and whoever supports your inner circle. If you are married or in some type of commitment I feel like there should be a disclosure that requires your significant other to agree to the terms of your planned endeavor LOL!!! This way there is no confusion about the abundance amount of time invested. People get angry, people change, or people will support what you are doing and you will know whether or not the support is fake by visceral feelings. Lastly, while I have your attention I would like to ask you to try your hardest to take inventory of your life and know that your next few years depend on what you do today. Next year you can not blame any one for the results of your life. Start today. Learn from yesterdays mistakes, pivot and move forward. Remember the new year is on it's way people and this is a chance to find a new and improved you. Not to say that who you are now is whack, I am just saying that we can all strive to be better all around individuals.

My addiction to coffee has grown tremendously over the course of one year. It seriously is growing by the minute. My minimum is now 3 cups daily. No need for any type of intervention, because "I can quit at anytime". Yep I am already using "addict" type phrases confirming that I am in denial. So what to do? EMBRACE my addiction right? YES!!! I think coffee is what keeps me going and helps me to be as productive as possible on a day to day basis. Let's not forget that I have kids that have enough energy to rival a NASA rocket launch! So I really have to be attentive to every thing they do. Coffee is my drug of choice. It gives me patience, keeps me moving, and taste awesome! I am sure my coffee lovers can relate. However I know that there is one or two of you ANTI-COFFEE head's out there who will say that it is so unhealthy and I am going to shrink in size, get permanent jitters, and loose sight in my right eye for drinking my Java. To that I say bring on the shrunken jitter blind right eye symptoms because I am not letting go of my mug! Now I have taken into consideration that both sides of my family have diabetes and other sugar related health problems, therefore I do not put sugar in my coffee unless I go to THE BUX, then I have a 9 pump Cinnamon Dulce Latte, or a 9 Pump, Pumpkin Spice Latte, but that's only once a month. Coffee one of the pleasures that I will not let go so shove it up your tail pipe and smoke it you Caffeineist (My word lol!!)

Today there are many many brands that sprout from the ground up in a grass-roots manner. It seem's as if the owners of these company's have had it with what is available in the market place, or they have a kick a** idea, or an awesome concept that will not let them sleep at night. Usually at that point your true options are insomnia or action. So they jump right into the business of creating with little formal training, little informal training, knowledge etc... This is what Michael Gerber of "The E-Myth" calls an entrepreneurial seizure. I think that many aspiring Entrepreneurs "THINK BIG" but they "ACT LITTLE". It is only right in my opinion that if you Think big your actions must match. Which brings me to the title of this post: "Licensing: Javaboi" I have been studying this business for a while now and I have always wondered what prevented company's from being as big as I felt they should be. Why a brand similar to their brand goes global and they stay local. Why I can see one product on the shelves at major retail chains, and the other brand is struggling with an online store. The first thing that comes to mind is one has money and the other doesn't. Then as I researched further, I began to realize that this was not always the case. It seems as if the Entrepreneur who thinks big and acts big will usually do whatever it takes to be big! Studying all areas of the business, not just focusing on your product (even though product is definitely important). You have to ask your self what did they do when they had no money? We always pride ourselves on offering more than just another "Coffee T-Shirt" to our fans. Lately we have been seeing a bunch of zazzle, cafe press, and other wack copy cat's jump on the bandwagon but we have been quick to send out Cease and desist letter as our attorneys are eager to follow in the footsteps of company's like Disney and Sanrio Inc who will file a lawsuit for a penny if someone dilutes their creativity with trademark infringement. Some say copy cats are the highest form of flattery but I take it personal when it is blatant and I am not notified. I admit, and everyone knows that I am inspired by several different brands, and they are all aware of any design that I may take a crack at twisting to fit our culture here at JBI. I pay homage and let it be known that I was inspired by a certain brand in particular. Never will I ever call something mine that is not. Javaboi Industries Inc, intends on producing a set of gifts and novelty's that will fit a broad fan base in the near future. Wallets, and purses, should be one of the first items produced for both kids and adults. We are still searching for the right manufacturer to contract with to make every product we put on our roster but we have to be certain that the company used for this task fits our brand identity and is extremely reliable. However when we do find that manufacturer you can pretty much say that we will take the world by storm!

Fashion shows are always an exciting and glamorous event. The beautiful models strutting their stuff down the runway, showcasing fabulous clothes. Every fashion show is a different and unique experience and every designer collection showcased , may or may not be suited to your personal taste. Then there are designer lines that you see on the runway and you literally fall in love with the whole collection.

Javaboi Industries is one such clothing line. An upcoming T-Shirt Line that’s combines what people are addicted to “Coffee” and what people are obsessed about ” Fashion” to create some very unique T-Shirts.

The Labels cute mascot “Javaboi aka Hotstuff ” which can be seen on all of the merchandise ( Mugs, School Supplies etc), is so cute that falling in love with him is very easy. Anyone who is a huge coffee and tea fan will get a kick out of reading the witty logos printed on the T-Shirts. A few favorites are ” I’m Java Whipped”, ” I got 99 Java’s but they whipped Eighty 1″, “Tea is just coffee’s gay cousin ” (My Favorite).

Walk Industries, a Elite Fashion Entertainment Company did a fabulous job of putting together the Javaboi Industries Launch Party/Fashion Show at the Gorgeous Chateaux Lounge in Irvine.

It was a pleasant surprise to see how professional yet laid back everyone was. From the staff to the models, no one had snotty attitudes or diva demands, which made the environment a very pleasant one to work in.

Jeff ( Founder of WALK Industries) took the time to interact with everyone involved in the Fashion Show. His partner Sal, was beyond helpful and extremely patient as he tried to put out fires everywhere. Analisa also from WALK Industries, was a angel, prepping the models on how to walk and pose for the show. Monique from WALK industries was non-stop helping the models with hair and makeup, all with a smile and a great attitude.

The Fashion Show itself was very creative. A breath of fresh air compared to your typical runway shows. Every model was paired up with theme related props and accessories ( from Whip cream to Toy Guns to Angel Wings), adding a little pizzazz to the show.

Not only was every look thoughtfully put together but it was a lot of fun to watch as well.

All in all The JavaBoi Industries Launch Party/Fashion Show by Walk Industries was a huge success. It was no doubt a show to remember.

Back in the day I used to do a little extra work in music video and things of that nature. I always thought it was fun, and exciting!! Well now that I am 32 years old I have to say that being in front of the camera to discuss something that I am truly passionate about is much better! This past week a Director (Shel) flew in from Toronto Canada to interview me for the 100 Urban Entrepreneurs movement and http://www.thecashflow.com website. We discussed subject matter that was near and dear to my heart such as dealing with failure, some of my mentors, how I came up with the Javaboi concept, and what motivates me to continue. Ultimately it was an awesome 2 hours and I am ecstatic to have experienced it with such and awesome group of people like The Cash Flow family!

If you are just joining my blog you may not be aware that I am a very big fan of the Sanrio Inc brand. I think that the Sanrio company as a whole is simply genius. This is why I watch them to learn how to apply marketing strategy's to my company. Can you pull an all nighter at a rave, come home study for 3 mid-terms, and run a marathon with Tea? How to start a clothing line: Real Talk Part III

Okay so this time I want to discuss my marketing efforts. I remember thinking that I was a fool for opening a Facebook account without an operational business. However, after I thought about it I felt like why would I wait until my business opens to start my social media? "Guru's" and "Experts" of social media alike were telling me that I was insane for doing so. I looked at it this way, I had all of my designs and ideas copyrighted, I can start spreading the word early, and most importantly I can start ranking in the search engines for free. So after a year of social media I have to say I am very happy that I started prior to my December 2010 launch. Not only has it helped me with my S.E.O ranking, it has helped me to build a fan base and ultimately helped me prove that I am in this for the long term which has helped me to get a grant for $10,000 for a non profit organization called http://www.thecashflow.com . So in closing, if you are trying to start a brand *(which is what I am building rather than a clothing line)* or a clothing line I suggest copyrighting your material and diving right in. Open as many accounts as you can and see which ones you like most, educate yourself by reading and listening to audio books on the social media subject matter e.g. Seth Godin, Shama Kabani etc.. You can ask for and filter advice that you receive from the tshirt forums, and soon you will be able to get a feel for what you want to focus on and hence building a strategy for your social media efforts. How to start a clothing line: Real Talk part 2

Okay so I left of letting you know that I had a full arsenal of javashirts to offer my fan base. I have already stressed the importance of looking professional. I feel that if you know your customer then you can feel comfortable investing in more product. If you do not know them then you might as well go to Vegas and gamble because that is what you are practically doing when you invest in product that you haven't researched by customer survey. Magic Johnson explains it here
Simply put, it's always good to have a selection to choose from but never good to have a selection that only you like rather than your fan base.

I believe I had the concept of Javaboi in my head in May of 2009, but I had been studying business since 2006. So when I thought up JBI I knew it would work based on all the other research that I conducted on company's out there that were similar but not the same (if you know what I mean) e.g. Hello Kitty, Johnny Cupcakes, Disney, Paul Frank, etc.. I was so certain that my idea would work that I would bet my life on it. I think this is how you have to go in if you want to be "big business" I know it sounds cliche but you have to KNOW that your product will work in your mind because there will be friends and family who will be on the naysayer side until you are prosperous, then they will pretend that they believed in you the whole time. I did not have money at the time I thought up JBI but I desperately wanted to move forward. Being a parent I had to make certain the family was supported properly so I got a 2nd job to cover the start up cost which nearly killed me, because 80 hour weeks for so long is not always a smart idea for your body. But again I digress.... I slowly but surely did what I had to do to build the first part of my B-I Triangle. I built inventory. Check by check I saved a little and spent a little and when I could afford a shipment of garments I bought them. Pretty soon I had a closet full of garments, an array of copyrighted ideas, and a facebook account for my biz!! Stay tuned for part three and I will go into the Social Media part of my journey!!!

For years I have viewed, studied, re-viewed, and studied even more, and triple checked information on this topic. How to start a clothing line. This is what I have learned. You need to decide first and for most if you are able to commit to your business. Personally I found out that I loved the art of design when I was very young. I mean I think all kids like drawing but I was obsessed with it. To tell you the truth I wasn't even all that good at it, but with practice I got better. Natural drawing talent was not necessary in my line of work, but creativity was, and still is. So if you can communicate what you want to someone and they can do it for you (usually for a price) you're good. With that said, if you lack creativity, and skills as an artist you will have to make up for it with your ability to be business savvy. I say this because, well there is really no other way to put it CRAP SELLS sometimes. Crap sells even better if you have a kick ass business function. Think Ray Croc (McDonalds) Croc Sandals, and all of the various no brainer clothing designs on the market to this day. Yes we are in a bad economy, so what! Find a way to ignore that and get in the market the best way you can because someone else is selling there craft regardless of what everyone says about the economy. Personally I think some people down the economy and put extra's on how bad it is to prevent more competition. Take advantage of this time because everything is half price if you can find the right connections. But I digress. Okay so now that I have illustrated the fact that so far you really only need business skills as an absolute must to succeed at this, I will move on to the next important subject. Where to find business skills. I found my business sense by searching and reading on the web, going to seminars on business taught by Robert Kiyosaki (google the B-I Triangle) and listening to other business guru's. Trust me nothing in life is free but you can find alot of useful information for that price alone. Next I want to stress the fact that the way you run your business does not have to match how someone else runs theirs, so you must decipher what is good for YOU, and what pertains to your business. People told me not to wait to launch my business because that is what they did. I listened carefully and decided to launch at a later date because my gut told me to absorb more knowledge and make a good, professional impression on the market. I can't tell you how many stores I go to with 3 shirts and a sticker for sale. When I see this I feel that it is unprofessional and I honestly would rather go to another store or website to buy because I need to feel comfortable giving them my credit card number. With that said, I wanted to have more products to offer my consumer. Is that risky? It can be if I didn't do my research on what my target market wants out of my products. I did survey after survey, and had to get a nearly unanimous consensus prior to putting anything into production. Now I have 13 Javaboi Boy javashirts styles, and 17 Javaboi Girls javashirt styles.. It seems as if the Javaboi brand is slowly but surely building a name for itself. We have had some great experiences thus far and from the looks of things , it's just going to keep getting better as long as we can stick to the mission at hand. That mission: Spread the Cute Coffee Awesomeness Globally! LOL!! No we are not trying to mimic Dr Evil

with attempts to take over the world. We just want to spread the message that there is finally a place for people who want quality products with an added cuteness to them to go (especially the coffee lover).

For those of you who are new to the Javaboi Industries Inc experience I wanted to take this time to let you know a little about our brand and what we do. No we don't sell coffee although we do plan on holding events at select Starbucks locations to promote the Javaboi brand while sipping the Starbucks deliciousness!! Okay so here it is, Javaboi Industries is a company that designs a diversified selection of products based on the coffee inspired character "Javaboi". I will blog more about our other characters and how we incorporate these characters into our products on the next post but I can assure you that once we launch in December our company will deliver to you what you have long waited for! "Luckiness!!!" Does this really exist?

I don't think that luck really truly exist in MOST circumstances. This is my own personal opinion. I honestly get a little hot under the collar when people tell me I got lucky when it comes to success and building the life that I want for myself. Most individuals never take the time to sit down and really think about how luck comes about. For example, You probably already know that I am one of the recipients of a grant in the amount of $10,000 provided to me by http://www.thecashflow.com the grant will be utilized to help build Javaboi Industries, and at the same time help to rebuild America. Of course when people found out about this I heard things like Awwwe man you're lucky!!! I admit that when a bum sits on his or her rump for all of their life and all of a sudden wins the lotto, okay situations like this can be considered lucky or maybe a death row inmate gets pardoned based on a small legal technicality. However when people work their butts off for a good 5 years and then all of a sudden they get a grant for 10k, or maybe they book a contract with a major distribution chain. Situations like this are planned for, and bound to happen as long as they are persistently trying to improve on all areas of themselves, their business and whatever else they want to be better at in life. It's basically just perfecting yourself for the opportunity that has yet to present itself

The CashFlow Grant

If you have been following me on Facebook you would know that I am a receipient of thecashflow.com's $10,000 funding for business start ups. I have been planning the launch of my own branded company for so long now that when I heard this news I was beyond myself! So far the only funding that I have recieved has been from my dad and I. My dad has contributed more than expected (about 5 percent of the total funding) and I have invested the rest. From the start I have never expected any help from anyone, and my plans were to build slowly because loans and angel investors were not even considered. With that said I have built my inventory, conducted photo-shoots with internet celebrity's, taken small business seminars, and made some awesome connections with people who I knew I would be able to leverage as an asset to my company's infrastructure. My CPA Kevin is a Rad individual who knows his stuff! I have a team who assists me with holding parties and fashion shows at local clubs. Lastly I have made all the necessary connections needed to hit the ground running. This was before The Cashflow contacted me. So needless to say, I am stoked!! This was totally unexpected and I plan to use this grant to bring Javaboi Industries Incorporated to the next level. I can honestly say that I feel that my corporation will eventually become a Fortune 500 company in the future, and The CashFlow will not be forgotten as they gave me the necessary spark needed to ignite the already fueled fire that was previously laying dormant inside of me. So get ready for a break through and stop listening to what people say about a recession because if you have a desire to do something the only thing that can stop you is the person you see in the mirror every morning!

We took a trip out of town this week to visit some
family.

My Daughters Favorite Cartoon Character Lilo from
the Hawaiian themed Animated film Lilo & Stitch!

-Hawaiian Hula Doll.

-A award given to tutu "Grandma" for a Hula
competition her Halau "hula class" won.

-A picture of some of her hula girls.

"Tutu" (Grandma) has these quilts all over her
walls. They are Hula Trophy's for her Halau
competitions.

Snacked on some Macadamia nuts from the Islands!

-Good Stuff!! Awesome Soy Sauce!

-We were finally able to grind "pig out".
Short ribs/shrimp dumplings/and rice w/fudikaki
and soy sauce. It was Ono "delicious".

-We then had dessert

-Negativity, I just don't understand it. A negative attitude is self-defeating and purposeless. Usually the people who are negative have failed to do what they wanted to do or are unhappy with themselves so they have nothing better to do than to attempt to drag other people down to their miserable level. Ridiculous. There are so many people on the internet who just share their negative comments everywhere they go. It seems as though they are now more worried about someone else's life choices more than their own. They could be spending that time to better themselves. It is a waste of time and completely unproductive. So, now that I've shared that... I'm going to go be productive and go to sleep. lol. : )

I have to admit, it is so fun coming up with new characters for Javaboi Industries! Sometimes I will be in a deep slumber and out of nowhere a vision of a coffee mug dressed in thug gear or a silly can of talking whipped cream will tell me in their own way "Hey you get up and go jot this idea down so you can bring us to life tomorrow!
